Game 27 vs Durham
Saturday morning would be our final regular season game against the Durham Crusaders, who had become one of our toughest opponents.
Thus far, the season record has been 4-1-1 for our Muskies.

This 7th meeting would not be one we would like to remember.
Our Muskies came out strong from the drop of the face-off but after the Crusaders managed to take an early 1-0 lead...they seemed to become discouraged.
The legs stopped moving and it appeared that all of the energy from our team had been sapped and we could not seem to take control at any point.
Every team will have an off game during a season, and this would prove to be ours.
When the buzzer sounded...the scoreboard showed that Durham had won 6-0.
There is not much to write about for this game, although there were some bright moments for some of our players.

The day after this game; our team came together again for a much needed practice.  The coaching staff used the time to work on some drills and to improve on their overall skating.

We would need to win the last 3 games of the season to set good momentum going into the playoffs and to ensure we would be placed well going in.
