Goalie Development:
- 5:00-6:00pm U13 & below
- 9:00-1030pm U15 & above
Power Skating:
- 6:00-6:45pm U7 (A-M)
- 6:45-7:30pm U7 (N-Z)
- 7:30-8:15pm U9/U11
- 8:15-9:00pm U13/U15
Anyone who is registered to play with LMHA this season is welcome to come out and skate.
