Lindsay Tyke rep. lose heart-breaker to Pickering
 After a hard fought game, Lindsay Tyke rep. Muskies came up short against Pickering on Oct 14th.
 On the heels of wins vs. Peterborough and Belleville, The Lindsay tyke rep team. traveled to Pickering for their third away game in as many days. The excitement was palpable at the Don Beer arena as this was Pickering's first regular season game.

  The opening period saw Lindsay Draw first blood on a goal by Kyle Sanderson, assisted by Jax Radford. Pickering pulled even only 10 seconds later and with 3:27 left in the first Pickering went ahead by one.
  The second saw Lindsay regroup and take the play to Pickering but the Muskies after ample chances just couldn't get a bounce to go their way. The score remained 2 to 1 until Pickering netted their 3rd with only 44 seconds left on the clock.
  Down 3 to 1 at the start of the 3rd, Lindsay showed determination and heart and at the 9:33 mark, came within one,on a goal by Blaze Selleck, Assisted by William Fierheller and Jonah Madsen.
Lindsay continued to fight hard and take the play to Pickering but on a breakaway their opponents went up by 2 points again.  At 1:55 left in the third the Muskies  pulled within 1 as Jacob Moore netted the puck with Fierheller picking up the lone assist on the play.
  With little time left in the game and the score 4 to 3, Lindsay pulled goaltender Yianni Karkoulas in favour of the extra attacker.  Yet again the puck defiantly stayed out of Pickering's net on multiple goal line scrambles and the Muskies were handed their first loss of the regular season.
