Big Win in Woodville
Only 18 hours after winning the Grafton tournament on Saturday, we headed to Woodville today and defeated the Hurricanes by a score of 4-2.
We jumped out to a 2-0 lead by the second intermission, but Woodville stormed back to tie the game with five minutes to go. Sam scored the game-winning goal with just three minutes remaining, and Seth picked up an insurance goal (and his second hat-trick in less than 24 hours) to seal the victory. Owen V. had another great game in net, making several difficult saves to keep us in it when we started to get tired towards the end of the game.
The boys now have a well-deserved break until Friday, when we face Woodville again in Lindsay.
