Down 2-1 in the Series
We played a good game on Tuesday night, but lost by a score of 2-0 to fall behind in our best-of-five series with Manvers.
Many of our players had strong games. Up front, Seth and Sam worked hard to create offensive opportunities, but our opponents did a good job of clearing the puck and their goalie had another strong game. On the blue line, Caleb, Connor, and Owen D. all continued to play tough defence, limiting their scoring chances. In net, Owen V. gave us a chance to win the game, but we just couldn't put the puck in the net.
We will need to win back-to-back games this weekend to take the series. We play in Lindsay on Friday night, and in Manvers on Saturday morning.
