A quick catchup on Sunday's (March 2nd) game against Millbrook White. Lindsay White took lead by 2 in the 1st period and increased the lead by another 4 goals in the second until Millbrook scored twice late in the 2nd. Lindsay White took 3 more goals in the 3rd period for a final score of 9-2. There has been some impressive stick handling, goaltending, passing and hard skating out there on the ice. The player of the game was #5 Brock Wilson - Nice job Brock!
On Saturday March 8th, Lindsay White faced Millbrook Green. It was a great game, both sides focused and playing hard.
Lindsay White had the edge early on in the 1st period with 6 goals to 2. The puck was back and forth on the ice, both teams working hard for control and moving it out of their end! 2 goals a side in the 2nd period, and although the scoreboard was in favour of Lindsay White, it was a close match for back and forth play - and several multiplayer scrambles for the puck not to mention a few pile ups! 3 more goals for Lindsay White in the 3rd, Millbrook scored twice, a final score of 11-6. Several of Lindsay Whites goals were assisted by one or two other players demonstrating awesome teamwork and communication on the ice!
