Teal Muskies Clinch a Birth In The A Final
On Sunday Feb 26/2017 The Teal Muskies travelled to Fenelon Falls to face The Thunder in their final round robin playoff game.
With a very depleted squad and possibly some sugar hangovers after celebrating Saturdays big win, The Teal squad got off to a slow start and the Thunder were able to pop an early one. But knowing that a birth in the A final was on the line the Teal squad were able to claw their way back. Ethan yurick # 17 would lead the way with 2 goals, while Eddie Moynes # 2 and Hayden Runge # 15 would add one each to round out the 4-1 victory and ensure Teal a birth in the A final against their cross town rivals Lindsay White. Todays Player of the game goes to Evan Duncan # 12 for his stellar defense and Tristan Shiers # 3 for his hard work down low on the Thunder Goal. Warrior of the Game goes to Silas Burns # 19 ( THE HAMMER) for his grit on the Teal Blue line. Great Job Silas we will miss you the rest of the way!!!
