Super Bowl Saturday
September 30, 2017 marked the Super Bowl of Hockey. The Novice BB Muskies hosted the Mariposa Lightning in their home opener. The game resulted in a football like score.
Hayden Runge # 7 would lead the way for The Muskies scoring 5 goals, Gavin fyke # 11 would add a Hat Trick of his own. Oliver Nicholls # 10 and Ethan Yurick # 17 would also split the uprights one time each. It was a back and forth affair and a relatively clean game until Evan Duncan # 12 would be called for a defensive foul of slashing at 11:32 of the second period. Kennedy Philips # 9 played a solid game adding two assist of her own along with Riley MacLean # 4 adding an assist.
Todays Grid Iron Warrior of The Game goes to Hayden Runge # 7 for his gutsy performance in the 11- 10 Loss for the Novice BB muskies. Great job Hayden !!!!!!!!
