Happy New Year!
The last two games of 2017 were both wins for the Atom Muskies!
On December 23rd the Muskies defeated the Millbrook Stars 11-1. The first 4 goals in period 1 were scored by #59 ,Rylan Moore (2), #14 Maguire Dietrich and #17 Wyatt Marsh. Assists by #12 Aidan Graves (2), #17 Wyatt Marsh, #14 Maguire Dietrich, #88 Alex Cyr and #59 Rylan Moore. 6 pucks were in the net during period 2. Goals scored by #77 Tyler Perrin (2), #88 Alex Cyr (2) and #59 Rylan Moore. Assists went to #8 Tyson Nichols, #9 Ian Kennedy, #12 Aidan Graves, #14 Maguire Dietrich, #97 Branndon Brown, #88 Alex Cyr (2), #59 Rylan Moore and #19 Caitlyn Johnston. The final period , a single goal was scored by #34 Jack Evans with the assists going to #3 Brock Wilson and #97 Branndon Brown.
After a week break, the Muskies took to the ice on December 30th for the final game of 2017 against Woodville and defeated the Hurrincanes 3-0. Woodville put up a fight and the score remained 0-0 until the 3rd period when the Muskies pulled together and put 3 in the net. Goals scored by #97 Branndon Brown (2) and #17 Wyatt Marsh. Assists went to #19 Caitlyn Johnston and #59 Rylan Moore. Shut out for #31 Jack Dermedy.
As the Muskies are gearing up for the playoffs, they have 2 more games to close out the season.
