Ayr Tournament - Semi Finals
Sunday March 24 at 12pm the Peewee Teal Muskies met Grimsby for a Semi-Final Playoff game. The Muskies were pumped after having played so many great games this far in the tournament. Without the game sheet and some time having passed, I don't remember what players did the scoring for us. Grimsby was able to score first, the first goal scored against the Muskies the entire tournament and the team was visibly deflated. Grimsby capitalized on this and were able to sneak a few more in. It wasn't until the 3rd period that the Muskies regrouped and started to score a few, even with this late game pressure the game ended in a 5 - 3 loss. Great tournament run Muskies, be proud of yourselves!
