2.              Approved OMHA electronic rosters will be required as proof of player and bench staff eligibility.  These rosters MUST be presented to the Tournament Representative before your first game.  Only players and bench staff whose names are listed on the Approved League Rosters or Approve League AP Rosters are eligible to play or be on the bench for any game during the tournament.  Maximum number of players per game is 18. No names are allowed to be added after the start of your first game.

The manager must have a copy of the approved roster and travel permit available for the entire tournament.  Refunds will not be given to teams for non-compliance.

4.              The team manager or coach must report to the Tournament Welcome Table at the Lindsay Recreation Centre at least thirty minutes prior to their first game of the tournament.  After this, a team forfeits any game if they are not ready to go on the ice at game time.  The Gamesheets Ipads will be kept at the main tournament desks for coaches and managers to sign prior to all scheduled games.
