LMHA is happy to introduce Dr. Michael Carney and Dale Andrew from Kawartha Therapeutic Centre here in Lindsay, will be coming in to share specialized age appropriate information about stretching, before and after, practices or games as well as provide some injury prevention tips.
All clinics will take place in the "Fishpond" - see below for your designated date/time. All dates have been coordinated around your existing ice times so not to miss any practices or scheduled games.
Players should come comfortably dressed with running shoes as they will be asked to participate in some light stretching activities.
Tuesday, November 21st:
U7s - Gold and Blue - 5:30-6 pm (Parents are welcome to attend for the younger age groups)
U7s - Grey and Black - 6 - 6:30 pm
U11s (LL and Rep) - 6:30 - 7:30 pm
U13s - White and Black - 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Wednesday, November 22nd:
U8 & U9s - 5:30 - 6:30 pm (Parents are welcome to attend for the younger age groups)
U13 Teal and Rep - 6:30 - 7:30 pm
U15 White and Teal - 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Tuesday, November 28th:
U18 White and Teal - 6 - 7 pm
U15 & U18 Rep - 7 - 8 pm
Special Bench "Trainer" Session - 8 - 9 pm
- Coaching staff should attend with their teams.
- Trainers can attend both the team and special trainer session (if available). The trainer session will be more specifics on how to assess or care for an injury
