All teams are required to refer to their Team Management Portal on the LMHA Website created on Registration for Payments, Uploading Rosters, Travel Permits, Schedules, etc. Email communications will go out to the Team Admins listed. The link to access your page is included in the email notification you received when registering.
Portal Status Explained:
Pending: Registration Application Form has been received. You are NOT yet accepted or confirmed into the tournament.
Accepted: Our tournament director has reviewed your application and accepted you into the tournament. Please send payment & upload required documents at this time. Confirmation into the tournament only after full payment is received
Confirmed: We have received your full payment. Be sure to send all required documents.
Waitlisted: The tournament is FULL. You are NOT accepted & please DO NOT send payment or documents unless you have been notified by our Tournament Director that a space has become available.
Required Documents: Official OMHA Roster & Travel Permit. Your OMHA roster must be up to date at the time of the tournament. If you have any changes, you must upload an updated roster. Players/coaches/staff not listed will not be permitted to participate so please keep your info up to date.
Payment: FULL payment must be made by cheque or etransfer to be CONFIRMED and secure your spot. Please refer to your Team Management Portal to make payments. When sending payments, please include your TEAM NAME, AGE DIVISION, & TOURNAMENT NAME.
Teams who do not send full payment 30 days prior to the tournament or do not meet document requirements will lose their place to a team on the waiting list.
Schedule: The tournament schedule will be available 2 weeks prior to the tournament start date. If the schedule is available sooner, teams will be notified by the Tournament Director.
Scores & Standings: LMHA uses GamesheetApp for all scoring. Instructions & codes will be sent to teams when available.
Scores & standings will automatically update on the website schedule, at arena, & in real time on Twitter & the Sportsheadz app
Tournament Director On Site & Team Check-In: The LMHA Office is located in Pad 1 up the stairs at the far end above the Zamboni doors. Please check in 1hr prior to your first scheduled game
