Dear Coaches,
Photo day is this coming Saturday October 24th.
Attached is the schedule for your teams time slots as well as an Order Form from the photographer for the parents to fill out ahead of time if they wish. Please forward it to your players. I would like to ask a couple things to make the day run smoothly and timely.
1- Please have your team ready and upstairs 10 minutes before your scheduled time!
2- Players in the front row will need to put skates on once they are seated...make sure the appropriate players bring their skates up with them or just have all of them carry their skates up to save time.If you could do these things it will save a lot of time.
We have 18 teams to photograph and it's a tight timeline. Some of you with practices may run into your practice time a bit. I'm sorry but I've tried to accommodate all teams and priority is given to those that have games scheduled that day. Everyone is scheduled for pictures before your team is on the ice, so there's no worry about sweaty messy hair!Thanks for your co-operation and please let me know asap if I've missed something on the schedule that won't work for your team.
