To All Members of Kawartha Minor Hockey and Lindsay Minor Hockey;

Both Minor Hockey Associations operate with a mission to provide a safe, healthy and positive environment for our members while developing the skills of our players at all levels. Over the past several years both Associations have experienced challenges at the Rep level in regards to numbers and movement of players to other centres.

The Executive Board of Directors for both Associations has recently agreed to pursue an exploratory path of creating a partnership between both organizations at the OMHA Representative level. For the vast majority of recreational players at the Pre School, IP and Local League levels, very little would change. Those players would continue to proudly wear their Coyotes or Muskies sweaters and continue to play close to home with their friends in the Three County League.

Kawartha MHA and Lindsay MHA will be engaging their members for feedback, in the very near future. Please stay tuned to each Associations website for more information and dates and times of Special Membership Meetings.

We look forward to your support as we explore a new partnership in the Kawartha Lakes area minor hockey programs.
