Position Opening- LMHA Secretary

LMHA Secretary Position Entails
* Shall keep an accurate record and distribute the minutes of all Executive
meetings and General meetings to all Executive members and other persons
the Executive may deem necessary. A copy of the minutes of the Executive
and General meetings will be available to be reviewed upon request by any
voting member of the Association.
* Carry out correspondence and answer inquiries as directed by the Executive.
* To notify the Executive of the time, place and the date of the meetings.
* Shall prepare an updated copy of the LMHA Constitution to be available for the Executive and the general membership.
* Shall look after all advertising for LMHA.
* Shall compose, or designate a person to compose, a newsletter on a periodic basis throughout the year
