Dear LMHA Members/Parents;
Unfortunately this year we have an unprecedented number of our members who have not paid either their full or a portion of their LMHA Registration Fees.
The members that fall in to this category have been sent a Hockey Canada Registration Order Invoice indicating the amount owed and an email from the LMHA Treasurer providing the same information and easy method of payment.
If you are a member who might believe that they fall in to this category your Players have participated in this season and costs have been incurred.Fortunately, there is still time to update your account before registration for the upcoming season begins.
None of the emails bounced back so please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folders in case the information has been deposited there.
LMHA is an association that creates a budget that keeps registration fees as low as possible to ensure participation by as many children as possible who wish to play hockey.
However because of this all registration fees need to be paid in order that LMHA can meet their financial obligations to provide the programs we do.
Many Thanks to those that have upon receipt of the notification paid the fees and brought their accounts up to date.
Please remember any members with outstanding fees will not be permitted to have their Players go on the ice for Tryouts or participate in Local League hockey for the 2020/2021 season until the account is brought up to date.
Those identified as not being paid in full by HCR will begin to receive reminder telephone call requests for payment from LMHA after March 14, 2020.
Your attention and cooperation to completing this request will be greatly appreciated.
