  • This still includes all away teams arriving at our arena for games against our teams

Arena Capacity Limits

  • All City of Kawartha Lakes arenas have a 40 spectator capacity limit (1 spectator per player)

  • With the exception of the Lindsay Recreational Complex Pad 1: Spectator capacity limit is 200

  • Managers/Covid Reps: When traveling to other centres for games, remember to check with the association your team is traveling to for any further protocols or procedures they may have in place to be followed by arriving teams

  • Managers/Covid Reps: When other centres arrive to our arena for games it is important to ensure that our capacity limits, screening & contact tracing, and physical distancing & masking protocols are followed as well

Proof of Vaccination

Communication from OMHA:

Teams: Positive Cases & Close Contacts:

  • If your player is unable to attend a practice or game due to illness or close contact alert your team manager and continue to follow all government & health unit regulations

  • Managers: in the event of a positive case or close contact situation on your team, please immediately alert Jessica Wooldridge LMHA Supervisor of Managers [email protected] and Monte Storey LMHA Supervisor of Coaches & Trainers [email protected]

New Isolation Periods:

  • Individuals who are vaccinated, as well as children under 12 who have symptoms of COVID-19 will be required to isolate for 5 days following the onset of symptoms. These individuals can end isolation after 5 days if their symptoms are improving for at least 24 hours, and all public health and safety measures, such as masking and physical distancing, are followed.

As changes can happen quickly, we need to remain flexible and we appreciate the cooperation of our members during these difficult times. LMHA will continue to update with any further changes should they arise.
