***Due to delays in distributing ticket booklets to teams, the date of the draw will be EXTENDED TO FRIDAY DEC.23rd @ 7PM and NOT the Dec.10th date shown on the tickets***

Tickets are $10 & the draw will be held on Friday Dec.23rd LIVE at 7pm from the arena and on our Lindsay Minor Hockey Association Facebook Page.
Winners will be contacted following the draw; please ensure ticket stubs are filled out completely & legibly.

Teams: Please see your coach or manager to pick up your booklet.
Remember: tickets were pre-paid for on registration at $100/registered player so you keep the money as reimbursement for their sales.
IMPORTANT!

Deposit ticket stubs only into the GREEN LMHA RAFFLE BOX located just inside the Pad 1 entrance

DO NOT put tickets in the brown wooden LMHA Mailbox!

Remove all staples and insert tickets individually; any tickets still held together with a staple will not be drawn!
