The Lindsay Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting will be held
Thursday February 6th, 2025 at 6:30PM at the Lindsay Legion (12 York Street North, Lindsay) on the main floor.All members are encouraged to attend the LMHA 2025 AGM to learn more about your child’s hockey association, exercise your membership right to vote on important items (Board member elections, etc), & become involved in volunteer opportunities with LMHA.
Agenda for the February 6, 2025 AGM will be as follows:
1. Review of 2024-2025 Season
2. Presentation of 2024 AGM Minutes for Approval
3. Notice of Amendments to the LMHA Constitution
4. Elections for Board Positions
The Following 2 Year Term Positions Are Up for Re-Election for 2025/2026:
1st Vice President (OMHA Rep)
Treasurer
Registra
Fundraising and Special Events Chairperson
Equipment Director
Tournament Director
Vacant Position to be Filled
2nd Vice President (Three County Rep)
Ice Conveyor/Scheduler
Notice of Motion - Submit this form to make constitution amendment requests no later than 14 days prior to the AGM
Nomination Form - Submit nominations for board positions no later than the day prior to the AGM.
