LMHA AGM, Calendar (Lindsay Minor Hockey)

The LMHA AGM will take place August 10th 2021 at 6pm.

We'll gather in person for this meeting in Elgin Park, Lindsay
(In the chance of severe weather, the AGM will be held Wednesday August 11th)

Please bring a lawn chair & remember we must continue to follow physical distancing measures

The Agenda for the August 10th 2021 AGM is as follows:

• Review of 2020/2021

• Presentation of 2021/2022 Budget & Constitution for Approvals

• Elections for Vacant Board Positions

Positions up for Renewal for 2021/2022:

• 1st Vice President

• Equipment Director

• Registrar

• Secretary

• Ice Convenor

• Timekeepers & Referees Coordinator (Referee in Chief)

Vacant Position: 

• Treasurer

New positions to be added in 2021 (upon Constitution approval):

• 1st VP Assistant 

• Tournament Director 

• Supervisor of Managers
