On Sunday January 29/2017 The Novice Teal Squad travelled to Cannington. In a close affair the Teal squad was blanked by the Cannington Wild squad by a score of 2-0. The wild were able to shut the Teal squad out and keep them off the scoreboard for the first time this year. Player of The Game today goes to Alexis Kostashuk # 1 for her goaltending that kept it close despite the loss.
