Novice Teal, 2016-2017 (Lindsay Minor Hockey)

On Saturday March 25/17 The Lindsay Novice Teal muskies Won the Novice A championship. Gavin fyke # 11 who is small in stature but mighty in personality carried the weight on his back and delivered a hat trick and an assist to edge Teal past white for the Championship in a 4-2 victory. Lucas McIntyre # 20 would deliver a crushing blow to white's hopes with his excellent defensive and offensive play earning him Warrior of the game. Great Job Lucas !!!!!!!!!!! We end the Season as Novice A Champs. Enough said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday March 21/17  marked game number two of the A Championship for The Novice Teal Squad vs Novice White.

On Saturday March 18/17 The Lindsay Novice Teal Squad Played host to Novice White in game one of their best of three series.  White would jump out to an early lead, but Teal would battle back. Jaxson Leith # 6 would notch the First Teal goal and Ethan Yurick # 17 would respond with 2 goals as well. White would score late in the Third but Teal would hold them to just those two goals. Warrior of the game today was Evan Duncan # 12 for his hard fought defensive battles shift in and shift out. Great job Evan and your Teal Teammates. Lets bring home the A championship Tuesday night!!!!!!!!!

On Friday March 10/2017 The Novice Teal Muskies Travelled to Niagara Fall's to Play in the Niagara on The lake March Break Classic Tourney. Lindsay would be there to defend last years title that was one by their predecessors. Teal would have a rough start and lose to a much weaker NOTL club 4-1 on Saturday afternoon.  So back to the water park and drawing board we go.

On Sunday Feb 26/2017 The Teal Muskies travelled to Fenelon Falls to face The Thunder in their final round robin playoff game.
