*NOTE* Due to a recent update in the HCR, all first time registrations who are new to hockey must provide the following information to our Registrar to create a Participant Profile before proceeding with the online registration process:

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Primary Language

  • Email

  • Home Address

Please send this info by email to [email protected] with a note that your player is a new participant to hockey and requires a profile


UPDATE: Info on Vaccination Policies:

Just recently, OMHA announced policies in alignment with government regulations requiring vaccinations for those eligible with regards to entry to facilities & participation in hockey.

If this recent announcement has forced you to reconsider registering your child for hockey, LMHA will allow you to deregister and waive the deregistration fees, if done so 
BEFORE September 21st 2021. All refunds are board reviewed on a case by case basis & we understand this may be a difficult choice to make

This OMHA Age Reference Chart shows which age division your child will be registered under:


  • Each participant will pre-purchase a set of fundraising tickets for $100 that is added to their registration (you can sell these tickets to recoup these fees)

  • All teams will be required to participate in fundraising throughout the season



Families with 3+ participants registered from the same household and home address are eligible for a $150 discount on the 3rd & consecutive participants registered


If applying for financial assistance: 

  • You must apply as early as possible

  • Notify the registrar & treasurer by email of your application

  • And please follow up on your application status (confirmation email will be required)

If assistance has not been received by the start of programming, you will be required to pay the registration amount in full Once funding has been received from the financial assistance provided, a refund will be issued to you

NOTE: Fundraising fees are not covered by financial assistance and must be paid upfront on registration

  • Payment plan available (minimum payment of $100 when registering is required for all participants - select etransfer option then contact registrar to make arrangements)


  • Tryouts fees will be due & collected at the time of tryouts

  • All participants will register & pay Local League fees and then additional Rep fees will be due & collected upon notification of team selections (Rep fees: $200 LMHA + any fees required per the team to be detailed & set forth by the team manager/coach after selections & notifications)


If a participant chooses to register & then deregister prior to the start of the season, a $100 administration fee will be charged (LMHA Refund Policy)
