Lacklustre Loss
The Bantam Muskies came out flat in a 3-1 loss to Peterborough on Saturday November 17th. The team had no energy and was beaten to every loose puck and outworked in every battle by the visiting Petes for the first 2 periods of play. This allowed the Petes to take a 2-0 lead after 1 period and a 3-0 lead after 2 periods.
The Muskies came out stronger in the 3rd period and evened out the play but could not get on the board until late in the game with Curtis Appleton scoring his 1st of the year. Assist went to Liam Shanks and Garrett Fierheller. The Muskies will now practice for a few weeks leading up to their annual SilverStick Tournament in Midland from November 30 - December 2.
