Bantam BB, 2016-2017 (Lindsay Minor Hockey)

The Lindsay Muskies Bantam BB team came up against a hard hitting, fast and well co-ordinated South Muskoka Bears.  Game 1 saw the boys improve and find their comfort level as the game went on against an unfamiliar opponent. 

The Bantam BB schedule against the South Muskoka Bears has now been set and will commence this Saturday, February 25th with game time at 2:30 PM.

With 2 come from behind victories in games 3 and 4 of the series, the Lindsay Muskies Bantam BB team eliminated the Prince Edward County Kings 3 games to 1.

Congratulations go to the Lindsay Muskies Bantam BB for a first round playdown series win.  With two wins this weekend of 6-0 and 4-1 they eliminated a very physical Stirling Blues team in four games.  The wins came from an excellent all round team effort.  A combination of hard work, great defensive zone play, timely scoring and solid goaltending proved to be the formula in this round.  Exciting hockey guys.  Good luck in the next round.    

Way to go team and parents!!  For making yesterday's fundraiser a great success.  We would like to thank Food Basics and all the people who graciously donated.  The support for our our Bantam BB team and minor hockey was very appreciated.  Great team effort guys!!!
