Please read the following important information regarding Proof of Vaccination:
Recently, OMHA announced their policy requiring those eligible (12yrs of age & older - 2009 birth year & before) must be fully vaccinated 14 days prior to October 31st 2021 to avoid interruption of participation in activities.
The HKPR Health Unit and City of Kawartha Lakes also released documents supporting the Government of Ontario Proof of Vaccination date of September 22nd 2021 with guidance regarding the operation of their facilities.
What does this mean for Lindsay Minor Hockey and our members?

Important to remember:
These policies are made by the Government, OMHA, local Health Units & municipalities. As the programming we provide is regulated by these bodies and conducted inside their facilities, LMHA is obligated to follow them or risk our ability to provide this programming.
As to be expected, the first few days are going to be bumpy as we adjust our routines once again. Please allow extra time when arriving and be kind to each other & our volunteers, especially in front of our young players; we’re all working hard to provide an environment that is both safe & enjoyable for our children who are excited to be back at the rink playing the sport that they love so much! We understand the difficult decisions faced by some due to these changes and we appreciate your patience and continued cooperation.
Covid-19 Screening & Protocols must still continue to be completed & followed by everyone entering the arenas prior to each & every ice time. The links to complete screenings for your participant’s age division are found under the highlighted tab “Covid-19 Screening Tools” on the LMHA website https://lindsayminorhockey.com/
**Remember!** Participants & spectators are to enter the arena together as a group no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled ice time and vacate the arena no later than 10 minutes after your ice time!
