The Muskies final game of the cross border clash for the A Championship against Gananoque Islanders was nothing short of off your seat action!  Those kids poured out every bit of effort and determination they had.  Initially down on the scoreboard, the game ended in a 1-1 tie.  An exciting overtime period and both team were battling hard.  2nd overtime, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th then in the 9th......

Point totals over the weekend have positioned the Atom Muskies to play in the A Finalist Game facing Gananoque Islanders at 2:20 in Grafton! Good luck today, play hard and have fun! >>>>>

The first two games against Napanee proved nothing short of nail biting excitement! Game #1 and the stands were filled with fans to cheer the Muskies on - friends, family and other Muskie teams!  Thank you for your support! The first period was scoreless until the last minute and the Stars scored.  Working hard to put it in Napanee's end, the Muskies tied it up a few minutes into the 2nd period, and kept skating hard.  Their relentlessness paid off and they moved the score ahead to 2-1 at the end of the 2nd. Taking some hard knocks........ 

Saturday was Game 5 - both Lindsay and PEC in the same position, a win was the only option......... As both teams took to the ice, it could be anyone's game and both teams wanted it! The first period remained scoreless until only 2 minutes on the clock when the Muskies finally were able to put one in the net on their 4th power play of the period (though they had 2 penalty kills of their own). Less than 2 minutes into the 2nd period..............................

The Muskies and Prince Edward County remain tied in the playoff series after 4 games. Saturday was a strong day on home ice as the Muskies fought their way back to take the win. #88 Alex Cyr scored the first goal unassisted only seconds after PEC put their first goal on the scoreboard.  At the end of the fist, the Muskies were down by 1, then into the second down by 2, yet before the clock ran out, the Muskies evened up the score, first by #17 Wyatt Marsh with the assist going to #59 Rylan Moore and then #88 Alex Cyr unassisted.  An exciting 3rd period...........
