Great Teamwork!
Lindsay White Mites brought the very same focus and determination they showed the day before at the tournament, and though tired they performed well as a team and landed another victory! Ending the 1st period, Whites scored a goal but Mite Teal scored three times in the 2nd period before White scored again. There was a combination of effective defence, passing, break a ways and goaltending. The game turned around and White scored another 2 goals in the 3rd period, and when Teal scored again - they were tied! In the last 2 minutes of the game, White scored twice and took an exciting victory - what a way to end the weekend! The player of the game was #13 Sam Sawchuck - Way to go Sam!
