Knocked out
On Saturday Feb.2/19 The Atom AE Muskies would host The Napanee Stars at the LRC, where they would try to wrap up the series and move on to the next round of the OMHA Play downs. It was not meant to be Saturday as The Stars jumped out to a 3-0 lead by the end of the second period.

Jack Golden # 19 would score early in the third on an unassisted marker to give the Muskies some air in their gills and some life. But the Stars would throw the Muskies back up on dry land a short time later, once again scoring and kicking the life out of the Muskies. Late in The third Evan Duncan # 12 would score his first of the year from the point, assisted by Ty Ahern # 96. But it was too little too late and the Stars would win by a score of 4-2 forcing game five back home on Super Bowl Sunday.

On Sunday Feb.3/19 The Muskies travelled down the 401 to Napanee for game five against the Stars or at least what was to be game five. But the Muskies were not ready and did not have their minds cleared from the day before. The Muskies looked like they were ready in the first and took it to the Stars. But the Stars would score first and that was all it took for the wheels to fall off. The Stars would add 4 more goals to take a 5-0 win and the series win, ending the Muskies season and playoff hopes.

Lets have fun in Niagara Muskies and try to take home two tourney titles from the escarpment!!!!!!!!
