Regular Season Champs
On Sunday December 29th/2019 The Atom BB Muskies would travel to Fenelon Falls to play The Sturgeon Thunder. Back up Goalie Charlie Ruston #28 would take to the ice between the pipes for The Muskie squad.
Ruston would come up big when needed and back stop the Atom BB squad to an 8-0 victory earning himself his first career victory and shutout in the show. Ethan Yurick #17 would lead the way with a Hat trick, followed by single tallies from Oliver Nicholls #10, Riley Maclean #4, Emerson Pringle#44, Jack Golden #19, and Memphis Volaine #93.
Next up the Muskies would rap up the regular season with a 6-1 victory over the Newcastle Stars in Newcastle on Saturday January 4th/2020. This time Veteran Netminder Xavier Evans #29 would be between the pipes after a much needed rest. Evans would come up big when called upon and back stop the Atom BB Muskies to a regular season Victoria Durham League Championship. Gavin Fyke # 11 would lead the way on offense with 2 goals on the evening one of which was a howitzer. Riley Maclean #4, Memphis Volaine#93, Oliver Nicholls#10 and Ethan Yurick#17 would all tally once to help the Muskies to the Championship Victory.
Next up the Atom BB Muskies will take part in the Peterborough Atom Liftlock Tourney next weekend , before starting playoff action.
